Its a short 20 min drama for a variety show called Infinite Challenge. Unfortunately its not available in its entirety on youtube. He hates watching his own acting but as you can see he is really good at acting.

The song's meaning is that they like each other (obviously) but at THAT point in their career, they can't seriously commit to a relationship yet so they would end up breaking those girls' hearts and they don't want that. I think they are dating, but just want to keep it casual and not get too serious - or at least not straight away. That is a really fun, exciting time in relationships :) May not be right time for serious relationship. May feel too young for it or have had a bad experience. After watching conflicting cultural message kdramas I asked a Korean colleague about dating in Korea and she said (just her opinion) that now many people date at school and also date casually (as well as seriously) as adults, but some still choose not to, or are so focused on other goals that they don't. But dating, or even casual sex, is not as taboo or shocking like in her patents time it might have been.
