The character design of Dota 2 is so incredibly good. I love how some characters are modern reinterpretations from the old model, while others are complete redesign and some are "what the original character was supposed to be" like Zeus.

Especially I think the scale of the characters is fitting much more now. I think nostalgia got the better of you. It should be noted that some DotA 1 Heroes' models were not originally in WarCraft III, and instead were either ported in or custom-made for DotA (for example, Phantom Lancer was based on one of those blue cat-people from Final Fantasy, and then we of course have Leoric from Diablo...). I think fans might end up porting in Leoric's Diablo III model for DotA 1 Reforged. :D

The current Dota 1 is currently developed by DracoL1ch, and he said to us that he has no intention on migrating Warcraft 3 Reforged as the current Dota 1 version requires to run on 1.26 (as the memory hacks run only on that Warcraft version, and Reforged is at 1.33+). I'll ask him personally if he has plans for the new version.

Wc3 reforged is a paid game so those people you hate will probably stay to a free game.
Warcraft 3 Reforged will not require a High End pc :) It will run smooth even on Low End PCs and will have better Graphics and Spell Animations than Dota 2 and when new, reforged Dota gets super trendy, people will indeed buy it, Dota 2 will be murdered :)))
Not gonna happen sir. Dota 2 can do anything valve wants here we must follow what blizzard wants for WARCRAFT not dota. Dota 2has already tournaments prizes set. A lot of people who spend money and more more. There will be sla lot of people playing dota in this WC. But it won't be to stay thee. Maybe some games. And then come back to dota : it will be interesting tho
