Just curious, if you're using organic lemons then why don't you just use a blender? What's the purpose of separating the juice if you're going to put it back together again? Unless I'm missing something I'm missing something.
Borax washing powder. It’s found in most grocery stores near the laundry detergent. It’s stronger than baking soda and suds up. Not powdered laundry detergent. It’s all white
Washing soda is sodium carbonate, you'd likely be able to find it at any grocery store or you can bake sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) in your oven at 400°F for an hour to burn off the extra carbonate, making H2O and CO2 as waste and leaving you with Washing soda! If you want to be more energy efficient, you can also do this while baking other things 😃
It's not about saving money. Me coming from a poor home being the youngest you also need something to disinfect & sanitize is what a so called family member suggested to us . If not it aint clean 🪥🫧. Being poor we used whatever . When we ran out of dish soap we'd use laundry powder detergent.
