@@dragonslayer9671Of course, it's an extremely influential title, especially for the dev community. I've seen a documentary about the game with interviews of Valve's stuff and of some external collaborators. The most interesting part was about Zero Point Energy Field Manipulator. It was the early '00s, devs from other studios was telling them that it' s a paranoiac idea to give such power(s) to gamers.
Aside from the storyline just the gameplay mechanics were also top-notch and still are. Compared to other games you feel so much more freedom in the Half-Life 2 universe. Almost every object you see can be picked up and thrown. Gravity just works how it's supposed to. Everything reacts as you think it should. It's about a physics guy, not exactly the nerdy type since his grades weren't the best but he still knew stuff well. So he uses a electronic suit(normally used for protection against disasters) to battle aliens, alien monsters, soldiers, militia. And it has lots of physics based puzzles. Also, he battles human soldiers/militia cuz the world was invaded and conquered by aliens. They now control the human world and want him dead and send the whole militia on his tail. He's a fugitive and works with some rebels . He has a cool suit which gives his armor, speed, flash light, a helper robot voice, targeting, inventory management, warns him of radiation(you hear ticking in the background and I think the robot gocie also warns you ) . It also warns of when he's poisoned and gives him a serum against it. It also gives him morphine if he's too wounded and then warns him about how bad his wounds specifically are . It's just good. I also think the suit can tap in the radio channels of people so he can hear soldiers and militia talking and so whatever intention they have.

Ja som chcel nájsť skrýše a splniť výzvy /chalange/, archideventy. A nájsť skrýše Lambda. Poznáš to : hráš ,adrenalín, šetriš si HP a veci prehliadneš 🤔. Niekto sa čuduje prečo viac nerozprávame pri hre. No keď sa potrebuješ sústrediť, tak ono stále hovoriť je nanič .😉
