    Absolutely awesome! Great editing, well done!
    Vertikal is an absolute masterpiece of an album, this is one of those that will never age. What Cult of Luna created was something incredibly special, I know no other band that has created a similar concept for an Album. It just screams Ridley Scott's Blade Runner and of course, Metropolis. When I listen to it, I can see the Metropolis structured Cities of the remake of Total Recall and Dredd. Truly inspirational!
    In Awe Of is awesome, very powerful. The moment from 4.40 is just... Boom! Brutal... Beautiful...

    I bought Metropolis on DVD and Vertikal together after a friend suggested that the record was inspired by the film. Fantastic concept!
    Great video, BTW.

    At the edge, looking up
    Shifting focus onto a majestic void
    Leaving myself open to let go
    Drift along and disappear
    I listen when you sing, astral resonance rings
    My gaze ascends, never ends
    Numbness strikes like fever
    Whispers generate waves;
    I can't heed them all
    I listen when you sing, astral resonance rings
    My gaze ascends, never ends
    Numbness strikes like fever
    On my knees, mesmerized;
    In awe of, solarised
    Acceptance before I return to the stars

    The start of this video would fit a lot better with the start of Vicarious Redemption, I think. Thx for posting this, I have to watch the movie as well.

    I apologize in advance for what I'm about to ask,but is there a way to listen to this song without the vocals??....I'm not a fan of this genre,however I do like the message and the guitar is fucking dope!.....ty!

    • @hupje
      @hupje 9 лет назад +5

      No, there is no way to listen just to the music. Try to listen some more, you might start liking the vocals. That happened to me a decade ago.

    • @ofrankinaiedw
      @ofrankinaiedw 9 лет назад +1

      Madalin Dragan you can try ripping the vocals off
      google that, there are programs and tutorials that teach you how to do that

    • @dareisaya
      @dareisaya 8 лет назад

      +ofrankinaiedw Not possible with this kind of music. Too much going on frequency-wise.

    • @kkr1432
      @kkr1432 7 лет назад +1

      Karel Hupje read the lyrics and you'll appreciate the vocals a lot more
