out of all the kids featured, this one has the most potential to go pro. forms academy’s focus on individual skill development, the residency program (20+ hrs training per week) mixed with the extra athletic training he does. creates a pro environment like no other and he’s been doing it since like 6-7. no kid in world has that playtime & development starting from that young. interesting to see how Jaylen’s career plays out with this kind of setup from young. by 18 he’ll definitely be way to good for college soccer lol
will he be a world class player or at least make it pro ?
    or
will the 20+ hrs of training per week since 7yrs old, make him burnout before he fulfills his potential?

    • @nofurtherwest3474
      @nofurtherwest3474 Год назад +1

It's true. He is in a very unique and privileged situation with him being able to train and do school together. I don't know of any programs like that near me for 9 year olds.
Can he keep it up for the next 8 years or so? That's a long road. You are right that he could get burnt out.
Most serious kids will catch up to him in their early to mid teens.
Its a marathon not a sprint. My kid spends maybe 6 hours per week on soccer and is quite good. I can't see him doing 20 hours (though he's only 8 yrs old). A lot of people already think its too much. It's year round.
As long as he's having fun and improving that's all I care about.

My son was in Team Canada, and Captain of every team he was in since the age of 10, even Toronto FC from the MLS invited him 3 times for tryouts, he had the deadliest left-foot for freekicks and was the top scorer of freekicks all the time. At Futsal he was a phenomenon. Then starting at age 16 he was with his group of friends and girlfriends and developed a fascination for dirt bikes and cars. He started missing practices and not caring for football because he wanted to go out with his circle of party friends. That was the end of my son in football (soccer). Now he is a nobody. I wish luck on this kid and that he doesn't end his interest in the sport. He is amazingly talented.

3:38 Juggling is helpful during a game go watch some youtube videos of Theirry Henry, Ronaldinho, Nemar, Maradonna, many many soccer players will and can juggle to goal and score goal there's no rule saying you cannot juggle and run all the way to goal. You can literally have another team mate run along side you and defend off opponent players while you run and juggle to goal and score. try it it's fine.

So I noticed a lot of hate on these kids because they're using facilities and have exponential amount of resources but that shouldn't matter. Does it help having those things and having personal trainers? Of course but don't hate on them, it's not the kids fault. Players like Dinho, Diego, Alexis, Zlatan, Ronaldo... didn't come from money but they also didn't just play on the streets and that's it. They all still played at a youth club/academy, still trained an immense amount of time like these boys, and didn't make any excuses to not be the best. People make too many excuses about not being rich, or they don't have time. It's all bs, you make time, you discipline yourself, you can negotiate with a trainer, you can get involved with a club or academy. Have training sessions with friends, compete with each other, ask your coach what you should work on, scope out beast players and see how they play and ask how's their training and lifestyle like, agility kits are like $25 on eBay, countless amount of RUclips content for solo training. Stop making excuses!! Some players have the luxury of being rich from the start while others are in the complete opposite side of the spectrum, I get that but they both can make it regardless of their financial status. I own an agency with my brother and theirs way too many players playing victim and it's annoying. Theirs no reason why in 2021 living in the US, you shouldn't be able train consistently and find resources on your own or with your parents or coach. I understand this industry does many times have financial greed, but it's only to an extent and you can find loopholes or do the old fashioned way of working. I know players who work full time to make ends meet but also put in a full times work of training so no excuses. I want to see you all succeed but change your mentality, that's where it starts. If you're complaining about this video you're already a foot out the door from succeeding as a football player. Shut up and go make it happen! If you have any questions or concerns go to IG-Carrasgoal, we do have some things out to help your journey but remember in the end its all on you.

Talent is one thing, vision is another. You need both to have a shot at pro soccer. In my opinion vision and quick thinking and high IQ is more important than physical talent. Everyone can dribble, deke, freestyle, shoot and defend but few have the vision to make fast decisions. Good luck young man.

    Hello Jaylen
Congratulations on your incredible football journey, You are going to go very far.
You are a big inspiration for many. kids and adults. Congratulations to your parents that have supported you and your coache , with such love and passion.
With your talent you could achieve my success not only in football but also as a human being. You and your parents have probably already considered all the good you can do to humanity with your talent.
As a humble suggestion for you to feel that your gift is not only for you and your family and country but for a higher purpose you probably have already started or might want to start with as little as you can with a local charity of your choice.
YOU WILL SEE MORE MAGIC ALL AROUND YOU AND CONNECT YOUR LIFE WITH HIGHER SPIRITUAL BEINGS.
If you see Ronaldo, Messi, Marcus Rashfrod and many very good football players and Other Athletes give to charity and most likely help their soul and life as a humanitarian purpose and play football to do good to humanity. This keeps them humble and focus their success to help others.
Jaylen this is only a suggestion and probably you have already started doing so,
CONGRATULATIONS KEEP YOUR HARD WORK AND INSPIRATION TO OTHERS
Best wishes to you and all your loved ones
