    I love how harsh he is with you. I bet 90% of your viewers, me included, make the same stupid mistakes and receiving honest feedback is so valuable. Even when a play worked out in the end, he will tell you why it was bad to do it in the first place. A+ coaching imo.

      Watching the overall video, you can see that despite the roasting he has good intentions. Although, if it was me being coached, as a casual gamer I would definitely appreciate the same advice in a little more friendly way ;)
      Still, great videos and great advise!

    21:00 Notice here, he has his knife out for maximum velocity. He maintains this velocity mid-air when he jumps and THEN switches to his rifle. This is good movement practice.

    Ive played cs for over 10 years with over 5k hours on multiple accounts. I found your video in the explore page and gave it a go. Thank you for this mini series, even i've learnt a lot watching your videos expecially reminding myself the basics and fundamentals of basic movements, peeking and map control. After a long time playing csgo sometimes you feel like you're on autopilot mode and forget these things.

    i like what you're doing with this series but really the big lesson i think coach should be driving home is the fact that it looks like you're outplaying yourself and be trying to be everywhere on the map instead of slowing down and taking it one round at a time, assessing the situation around you. Situational awareness on the server can make the least mechanically gifted players look great just through game sense alone. But as always it's always easier said than done and hindsight is 20/20 lol the beauty of watching demos

    One thing I notice is low level players over use util for some reason, and will get killed with nades in their hand or end up hurting their team or themselves more often than not. Tbh until you're a certain elo or rank just focus on your crosshair and movement.

      Ive noticed as well especially on contact plays mid round where you know its like a 3v1 (one ct on site) people start doing full exec's with smokes and have a single guy running in into a 1v1 instead of grouping up and just fucking the guy site. It gives me an aneurism lol

  • @xxdizzyxx91
    @xxdizzyxx91 11 месяцев назад

    Dude, I know one of your problems. Only after being a long term IGL that I notice these things. I BET your mini map is zoomed out quite a bit. When you turn away from specific angles you look away. This is typical of strategic play. Change your mini map to have it zoomed in OR as your coach to give you more IGLing directive, but that will only work if you tell him exactly what you had been thinking during that moment.

  • @zachbaldwin2925
    @zachbaldwin2925 11 месяцев назад

    I see alot of people fall down the util rabbit hole (myself included) I would almost encourage not using any util and really refine your pathing, peaks and crosshair placement. Everything else makes getting kills easier but if you can shoot better you will outperform 9/10 util players

    proof the rating system is messed up, when players like this have 10K. if you played against most of the people stuck around 4K forever, because every loss results in -500-600 pts, youd get your ass handed to you.

      @@xboxlasagne Totally, I think being a new player we measure success by if we get a kill or two or three per round.
      Pros measure if they played the round just right and stayed alive. Which is great but that mindset comes a little later on.
      I think, you need the hyper running around at the start because we lack the other skills which means if we played like a pro at the start we would get shot in seconds because even peaking properly is an art.
      I am really enjoying this series and I can't believe no one has done a cs2 series like this before, good job dude!

    @shouygui4955 10 месяцев назад

    Goes to show that basic math (your coach calls it"reading the economy") is esoteric knowledge that can carry you to global... it's so simple, too. The scoreboard tracks how many survived so you can just look it up. First round loss is $1,400 and every round lost in a row adds $500 with a maximum rewards of $3,400. So, if you were to notice a winning streak for one team, and then a single round win for the other team, then the amount who survived is the total number of "fullbuys" they can do if they lose the next round. If 5 die to win a round, and they lose the next round, then they will do pistol + armor if they are high IQ. If they are low IQ, they "fullsave" and get $1,400 + $1,900... which is $3,300... which is not a full buy. At this point, the lack of basic math skills usually causes the team to argue amongst themselves.
