    hello bud im finishing quarter tigermoth i have a lot of french diatex leftover from full size covering i wonder is it too heavy looks like your weight fabric

      Seamus, Koverall weighs 42.4 grams/sq meter. If you're using Diatrex 1000 (49 grams/sq meter), that would be fine. 6 grams/sq meter is only going to increase the overall weight by about 1 to 2 ounces.

    So you just tack down the edges real securely then iron out the material to shrink it down to a tight fit? What is the covering material?

      That's it. The covering is SIG Koverall. It is a heat-shrinkable polyester based fabric.

      @@BudChristensen Love Sig Koverall. Easy to use and inexpensive. I prefer solartex but...ya know....unobtainium
