Hi, thank you for your question. For roasted coffee, you can store it as long as you would normally store coffee in Brute bins. For green coffee, storage time depends on your local climate because the chambers are open to atmosphere. Precision Silo is extremely easy to clean because of three factors: 1) it's low to the ground, 2) it has three windows on each chamber which can open making it very easy to blow out with compressed air, and 3) With the chamber empty you can remove the exterior panel for full access to the inside walls for deep cleaning.
How long can coffee be stored inside the silo? Can it be cleaned?
