The main issue is poor management on the state and local levels. Baltimore has an international airport, a sea port, a large train yard, and I-95 runs through it. There’s no way it shouldn’t have more going on.

The Mayor is a main part. Horrible policies. I agree with you 100%- FOLLOW THE MONEY. There is a lot of big development in Baltimore City. The Mayor is clueless as hell. You can find some great properties in Baltimore City. Just do the research and walk your neighborhood at night.

Maryland is famous for having a temperate climate. However, Maryland have that summer week of Florida weather and that winter week of Vermont weather.

Their is so much new construction happening right now. What area of the state are you in? What are you seeing?

I was born and raised in Md but now live in Southern Pa. I work and Md and there is housing being being built on every available lot it’s seems all around the Baltio Metro area. With all the government jobs close by people are flocking here. I do agree older folks are moving out of the state due to tax reasons.
