for the 10:40 ice walls that he can push out mech, is it safe to dps close to him?

yes as long as you're not the aggro (then he'd push the walls towards you and you'll get damage and such)

Audio cues are fairly useful in this game. For a guide, I'd rather have the sound effects highlighted than some music.
