Nice breakdown...will you do a part 2 on how to DEFEND against the speed up? Reset block vs counter attack? I was thinking about that when you talked about speeding up right at the body. I find a lot people counter that with a quick block volley so would love to see how you defend the counter, especially. Thanks!

    Nice, well done.
Hitting "AT" someone is a valuable tool when playing. NEVER aim high and apologize ONLY if you accidentally do hit one around the head/neck area...
    Otherwise, I just play on..
    Good video.

What about Zone 5 (Armpit, Nipple of Arm with Paddle) for the Body Bag. As you said "Risk/Reward". Very difficult to return but the chance of Ball out of Court if your opponent can get out of the way.

Excellent guidance on where to target those speedups and also guidance on the half-court speedup game. That is a great practice game to focus on improving my shortgame / dinking. Thank you!

Good video, but as in some of your other videos, I would like to see you spending more time actually demonstrating the lesson. Thanks.

Thanks for the Tip about aiming speed-ups at the "chicken wing" target. I'll use that.

The transition music is super annoying. Your transition music is louder than the voice audio. Makes it distracting to pay attention. Also the music comes on before the person is even done talking. Good advice otherwise.
