Subs only, since Nep's Summer Vacation doesn't have a Dub. I don't think Funimation (The people who have the dubbing rights to The Nep Anime) would bother with dubbing just a single OVA (they tend to like to do a good full DVD's worth usually) and I'm not sure if Idea Factory International would bother either. So this might not get a dub in a looong time...
