This is the best way of uploading videos because text is being read and explained in easy way so that watchers may understand lecture/ lectures well which is main purpose of teacher. As you did in this lecture in which you tried to explain and most of the lecture points have been understood and will be understood if not in single lecture( One may watch the same lecture again and again because your digital board is the best example of opened book because text was as written as book.What is more, you explained how to transfer propery: by act of parties ; by operation of law ( It was the simplest way whose points have been understood by me and certain to say by others who watches your this video.Because you tried at your best to explain. I greatly appreciate you for uploading video on digital board. You are humbly suggested here to upload all subjects videos like this in which you have to explain each section ,article from word to word and that is to say, you must must explain all illustrations of each sections etc. which have been given after section because most of us are not senior but want to know about law topics greatly...There is much difference between oral lecture and text written lecture: When one listens oral lecture, it is understood but one goes through the same lecture text. There must be legal terms, difficult words,some complicated structure of law terminology so one can not understand the same text.In conclusion, the same section or article and illustration are not understood...
Whenever you lecture on any topic you had better try to explain all relative words simply because those words have been understood by you - you dedicated yourself and understood by you well.As for, we are beginners and your each lecture must be like this one( Transfer of property Act introduction).
Do not abandon uploading this type of lecture on digital board because it is visible,readable and with plausible explanation...I used to watch your videos as I watched this video which greatly attracted me much and compelled me to write and suggest your honour...
Because the purpose of your uploading videos is teaching US.
The suggestion has been made in good faith because I have understood much.
I hope you will upload all law subjects videos like this over digital board in simple way as you have done in this video.
