Sure enough, I stumbled upon some truly fascinating finds - like a fan that operates solely from the heat of a stove, kitchen brushes tailored for potatoes and mushrooms, bizarrely green-colored dusting gloves, and a cleverly designed thermos perfect for both dogs and their owners.
But that's not all. I had the chance to speak with a Canadian pet supply store owner at the forefront of providing healthy, humanely produced pet foods - a real eye-opener for pet enthusiasts.
Then, back in Fukuoka, I caught up with GooDay staff Li-san and Kishikawa-san to see their reactions to these international curiosities. Pet supply buyer Kishikawa-san was particularly impressed by the insights into Canada’s pet supply scene. He also took the opportunity to introduce me to a range of similar health-oriented pet food products that GooDay already has on their shelves.
