Honestly, regardless of how good Molay is, I’m glad I got her at np 2 While for the most part it’s because she’s hot, I really like her presence in this event.
She starts off as this confident villain, only for it to backfire and she’s joins are team as a goofy bad guy.
I loved her expression, from her megane kiran, her smile with sparkles, to her blush and downcast faces.
In terms of gameplay, once she gets her buff, she’s kinda like Hokusai. In the sense that you have the choice of attacking to apply a debuff, or save your cards for np gain.
Anyway it doesn’t matter, once I’m done getting BB to level 100, I’m gonna grail Molay next.

I got her recently and I think she's great, if fact she's so good I'm shocked how many people say she's bad.
She's literally a semi Merlin with a dmg NP and strong curse dmg following up.
I can only assume all the people dismissing people are thinking about looping or something and not what she actually does.

I’ve found molay with double gogh is quite fearsome, but not because of curses. You fire all three nps (goghs then molay), wiping the first wave. After that you crit everything to death for the next two turns. With all the passive star gen and gogh’s insane crit buff, each facecard hits like a NP

4.) Gogh herself clashes with douman's own platstyle.

@@muchluck7981 id say bullseye. Hell, its not even wrong per say, its just not as big a deal as you'd think. In fact, plushie made a video covering that a while ago.
Not sure on Gogh not working into Douman's game plan though. Sure, curses are a part of it but Douman is still crit focused. Add that to the consant debuff spam (specifically terror) that team entails and the only real issue is the damage from Douman's curses, which only matters if you drag the fight out AND get unlucky enough for terror not to proc and for Gogh to get focused past her guts.
Sure its not the perfect team but it works just fine

Wow. You talk about how she needs Curse inducing Command Codes to act like a "band-aid" for her gimmick & completely turn a blind eye to Mochizuki Chiyome like she doesn't synergize well with Jacques' curse theme. Her 2nd skill adds Curse to her normal attacks, inflicting Curse up to 4 times in 1 turn with a Brave Chain & also has an NP that inflicts Disastrous Curse for increased Curse damage once you complete the Rank Up Quest for it.

    • @Finotaisen
      @Finotaisen  8 месяцев назад +2

Running a single target Arts Assassin with an AoE Quick Foreigner and making them face card to apply curses is way more of a band-aid than just running some command codes. This is some pretty serious cope.

She already has the same kit as Tai gong/Helena etc, but the worse buffs out all of them having only atk up.
Adding aoe NP dmg and gain would make her way better.
She would need to get more refund not damage to be considered as an option for the main looper for most of the game.

Thanks for the history lesson, I've always found it weird that people were like "No Arcade Jaques is better, no FGO Jaques is better" They're literally the same jaques just with different aspects accentuated. The exact same way other characters are. I've always assumed the gender change was because of the connection to Shub-Niggurath who was explicitly described as a "Mother Goddess" by Lovecraft. She has way more of a logical reason to be gender swapped in FGO than Arturia does but everyone loves her... Not that I'm salty about it or anything...

Turn 1.. Molay uses all her skills, Buffs Morgan & Arash, lvl 90 Arash nukes everything. Koyan replaces Arash.
Turn 2.. Koyan uses Buster buff skill on Morgan and she cleans everything.
Turn 3.. Koyan uses her NP battery and skill cooldown on Molay, plug suit support Koyan, S.Koyan again uses NP battery on Molay, all her skills can be use again, % 20 (40) party attack, % 30 (60) party crit dmg, team invul for Morgan & Koyan, % 20 NP charge for Morgan & Koyan..
Morgan's NP inflicts curse status, if your Koyan has a Kscope, she can fire her NP, along whit Morgan..
Morgan's curse allows Molays NP deal extra dmg to cursed enemys.
İt's f*** team attack, extreme f***kery, after Molay gets her skill upgrade, her extra curse dmg go up to %100 just using Double Koyans skill cooldown gimmick.

There's good evidence that Baphomet the demon is originally a bad translation of the prophet of Islam Muhammad (Mahomet in French) by pilgrims of the first crusade, Christians started to think that since Baphomet wasn't a prophet (for them) he could only be a demon and from there the story went completely out of control with later theologist and historian trying to find older roots to the demon as late as 19th century, so careful with translation

You didn't even mention her team dmg buff, team charge and team invul -at all.
