I have a tank too small for my bath and my top tip it turn the hot water advance in before you run the bath and it heats and fills the tank while your running the bath and just remember to turn it off when your done.
Me and my daughter have followed you since you did your make up in your room while you worked at Lush we even popped in and saw you there while on a trip to visit my sister who lives near Glasgow. You were so nice and approachable and in all the time we have watched you you havent changed a bit, you are still that girl who did her make up in her bedroom, you just have more rooms to do your make up in now ♥ you are so humble and that is so refreshing to see in a RUclipsr, you havent been in any drama unlike most of the beauty community, and your relationship is inspiring and just lovely to see. Thank you for posting your dog training, I know you're not a professional but I think it helps seeing what real people are doing and how accessible training can be. Our one year old mini dachshund has become defensive/ reactive to bigger bouncy dogs and puppies. Unfortunately he's been ran over by those types of dogs more times than I can count which shows why training is important with all kinds of dogs. We are now doing similar training but we just direct him away from the dog and give him a treat if he comes nicely without barking. It is hard work but it is rewarding and it's nice to see Juno is getting better so quickly!

In the living room, if you switched the couch position so it's facing the fireplace, and you mount the TV over the fireplace, it would be easier to have a seating area by the bay window that would be more open for entertaining! Jamie, all you need is a drain stopper/Plug and you can use the tub until you get a permanent drain replacement. It keeps all the water in and just sits on top of the drain.

One thing that is really a game changer in the immersion world is a few years ago we got a "instant hot water tap" for the kitchen and it honestly reduces hot water stress so much. It's basically like a mini electric shower in the way that it heats the water but is honestly so handy. Highly recommend!

When we got our back Labrador as a puppy, we took him to puppy classes in the local area as they do puppy and dog classes to get him used to other dogs and people. This also is good for dogs to socialise as they can make friends and play with others outside of the home as can work for any age with time. We also taught him to look as us by physically pointing to our eyes and saying 'look at me' if he's worried about something or not listening to our commands when in public. This is also working really well at the moment as we are wearing face masks. This might be good for Juno as you can make her look at you if you need to reassure her she is safe when in public. Just a thought as a fellow dog owner who also grew up with german shepherds. Love you channel Jamie!

If you do go down 1:1 training for Juno then i can't recommend Lothian dog training enough. Llhana is based in Glasgow (she also a full time dog walker called Royal Rascals based in West end). She worked with me & my labrador Jasper and he now loves being round others

We put our house up for sale back in the summer and had no luck selling but then this week we put it back on and it sold within a day and then the house we have loved and wanted fell through and went back up for sale yesterday! to keep the water in the bath you can get a silicone bath drain cover, they work really well if the plug isn’t working!

If you do go down 1:1 training for Juno then i can't recommend Lothian dog training enough. Llhana is based in Glasgow (she also a full time dog walker called Royal Rascals based in West end). She worked with me & my labrador Jasper and he now loves being round others

In the states, I swear EVERY HOME has got water tanks! New construction and rich people will upgrade to an endless hot water tank. Pretty much boilers around here are in WAYYY old houses and big buildings!

I commented the same thing. Try a bathtub stopper before writing it off completely! It’s a nice big tub! I’d hate to see bug money spent to replace a tub that just needs sealant for the drain, or like a stopper that’s a couple bucks!

We put our house up for sale back in the summer and had no luck selling but then this week we put it back on and it sold within a day and then the house we have loved and wanted fell through and went back up for sale yesterday! We put an offer on it today and it’s been accepted! This whole week I have been telling myself everything happens for a reason and if it’s meant to me it will be and it really is true! Watching this video is now getting me sooo excited xxxx

I loooove how not mainstream the house is, a colleague of mine lived in a house with alot of patterns, styles and cool stuff and it was the most beautiful house and I loved it so much! I get that vibe from this house, and it is amazing😍😍 Congrats guys😍
