Hey, speaking of plastic bags and paper bags, I bet that paper bags will be perfect for replacing plastic bags for saving the earth kinda like "Say no to plastics", isn't it?
Ya thats why they exist. LEGO was supposed to roll out paper bags for every set last year. But there's been some delays. So every page in instructions has a little blurb saying that paper bags are still coming.
So the t-rex cannot even fit in the visitor Centers entry hall to recreate that iconic ending scene because the building is too small? Wow thats a bummer.
It would be a good set i think just if it was what a 100$? Maybe like 89$? Im unsure but somewhere around that then people would like it i reckon but lego being lego knowing theyll get people buying this even with the hate make sure they can get as much as they can
This is kind of underwhelming. I think the T-Rex breakout set is way more interesting with a lower price. A more complete visitor center and better skeleton models would have really made this better. Look at how good the Golden idol Indy set is for 150, this could have been great, instead it's just meh.
Unfortunately, they decided to spend more bricks on that BIG tyrannosaurus and not on the visitor center, the t-rex has not quite good prints in my opinion, not like in the movie, the same thing with raptor, it doesn't have anything new just the same one from 4+. The rooms are not that satisfying for the 30th anniversary of this movie they should do 18+ sets but no of course not and at such a ridiculous price. The minifigures are cool I guess. I hope LEGO will do a new approach to this someday. Because I'm pretty sure people aren't happy with that.
This set looks like it would be worth $60. Not twice that much. If it was actually the right size, it might be worth the price of admission. Otherwise, hard pass.
About that price... They were so preoccupied with whether or not they could, they didn't stop to think if they should.

The reason Lego Jurassic park sets are so expensive is because the dinosaurs use a lot of plastic so they’re expensive
I will be buying this set but hopefully in the future I hope they make a much bigger Visitor center.
I'm going to be combining the Visitor Center with 75932 Velocoraptor Chase to complete the building

I know it is a classic mold but thay really need to remake the velociraptor it is just way to big.

I think on it's own the visitor center wouldn't be $60. I'd say maybe $99. But even then, the Jurassic tax wouldn't be covered.
