  • Interior Design Student - Sarah Yarwood, talks about her course, her time at university and the work of graduation students at the 2010 UCLan Degree Show.
    The top artistic talents of UCLan students were showcased in a two month spectacular.
    Fashion, design, photography, music, architecture, fine art, journalism and acting are just some of the course areas being displayed at the UCLan Creative Festival 2010, which took place in July.
    The best of photography, interiors and advertising will be display at The 2010 Free Range Art and Design Show in London. The show provides the best platform for graduate art and design students to showcase their work to both public and industry.
    The DNA Show (Designers Northern Alliance) provides the best platform for the BA(Hons) Graphic Design students to showcase their work to the public and industry sector while the work of textiles, ceramics and product design undergraduates will be on display at the New Designers show in London.
    Glenda Brindle, Head of Creative and Performing Arts, said: "Art, design and performing arts courses at the University rank amongst the best in the UK while many of our students have gained prestigious national and international awards. The Creative Festival is a fantastic opportunity for members of the public to see the excellent, original work these students have produced while potential employers can see the quality of what our soon-to-be graduates have created."
