Carving accessories for cabinets using Schaaf Tools, either their 7-piece or 12-piece set of woodcarving chisels. Carving drawer pulls, Chase Carving, and Applique' Carving.
That's a nice video Joe, especially for beginners. I love the carving support board and it really seems to work well for holding small objects. There are a large number of brand name tools in my collection and I find that the Schaaf tools always seem to be the favored ones for my carving projects. The quality of such reasonably priced tools is really amazing.
Thank you for sharing your many years of experience with us Joe. I am always inspired. Great job on the corn drawer pull. I will probably give them a go . I value your opinions on sharpening as well. I made a wheel and set up a sharpening system simular to some of your video's and it works great. Keep them coming ! I have a mix and match of gouges. I might go for the Schaaf set just to round things out. Thanks Jim
Thanks Joe, how would u rate the shaf tools compared to the pheil or stubia, in a scale from 1 to 10 assuming the pheil and stubia are up there close to 10.
Thank you for the question, Pete. I rank Schaaf tool as good or better than those you mentioned, and perhaps the best available. Here's my evaluation of Schaaf Tools, ruclips.net/video/73A9w5IMCmk/видео.html
