YAY! A new video!!!! Love the antique mirrored backsplash! Lacquered zebra print inside cabinet is ok. I would like it better on the outside. One dishwasher is ok🤣. I DO NOT understand why these million dollar plus homes do not have pot fillers!!! Love pocket doors whether slider or otherwise. You kicking the roller …. PRICELESS🤣🤣. I HATE the tub in the shower!! Linear drain👍🏾. Did the fridge & pantry look like that walk in closet?😳 Loving the gray & white bathroom! The shower tile is beautiful! River rocks inside or outside… PASS. Great tour and like this property. Elements of really nice stuff like the Liebherr fridge and most of the kitchen. Seems like various people at various times added stuff so doesn’t have a holistic feel. Still, at right price - it’s a buy for sure. Good luck.

this is my type of home
Utter madness!!!! the words "attainable" should Not be used on a 1.5 million home! the highest median income in Vegas, in the 89138 Zip code is about 170k/ yr.
If that family wanted to purchase this home with 15yr loan AND 500k down it's 8700 plus tax/insurance! well over 65% of the gross earnings/yr !!
I'm not even sure people buying these days are calculating the total cost of interest paid over the life of the loan.... this is madness...
