Growing A Hoard of Dragon Fruit Flower Buds

8/10/2024 I've been adding a ton of flower bud and bloom booster fertilizer to my dragon fruit cactus tower when I water it on a weekly basis. It gets hot and humid enough at this time of the year where I live to the point of being subtropical. That way it's able to produce more. I usually have to collect pollen from other blooming dragon fruits in the area and cross pollinate them by hand with a make-up brush in order for them to set and grow fruit. The bees rarely do it for me. 🐝 Make-up brushes are cheaper than paint brushes. 🖌️ I just wish the flowers didn't last only one night, less than 12 hours even, so I had more time to pollinate them between working my two jobs.
