At that time they asked me to get affidavit from notary that my name is Maitri Garg from now. Now I'm facing problem as in marksheet my name would be " Maitri Garg " which is different from every document that I have. I submitted one application for correction of my name in du portal and samarth portal signed by my principal to dean students welfare in North campus one year back. But there is no change as of now. Cant’t the existing students simply apply without changing their name through respective Xth XIIth board? “Or” states the same either the provisions listed or the new certificate issued by CBSE, I went to DU academic Branch where they said if you’re current student of your college it can be changed.

Hey so my problem is I recently got done with graduation my 10th and graduation has same name which is incorrect as well as my fathers name is incorrect. So I am changing mine and fathers name through gazette both. As I passed out 10th in 2015 due to which I cannot rectify it now so the educational certificates of mine won’t be changed now but as I am preparing for masters also after legally changing name so which name should be written on my further education like new or old. Legally using old name even after changing new should be problematic no?
If you publish gazette then you can change name in public documents but in educational documents you have to first change your name in 10th class mark sheet else you have to use same old name

aap digilocker pe complaint raised kardo woh issue bhi solve kar denge maine bhi aaise hi thik kara tha

I too want to add my surname and i have passed out from IIEST Shibpur(NIT), so if i change my name on only government ID and don't change educationa certificates but with all the supporting documents like newspaper advertisement , gazette and court order will that be sufficient for jobs?

What is the procedure for correction in hindi name ??
Actually my name in hindi was misspelt in 3rd and 4th sem marksheet ; which I later got corrected in 5th and 6th sem marksheet( in last sem all the details are correct ) . But I want to get it corrected in 3rd and 4th sem transcript also. I am a passout student .
