There are like 5-6 vials in the room. You can't have all empty vials or all full vials at once, otherwise, the purple Circle ability will appear. Red circle ability = +2 vial, crossbow ability = +1 vial, players use vial after crossbow phase will empty the vials to prevent them from being full.
Yes, you can do line, however, for people using vials, they might not have time to get in line and may get blue light instantly so that's how you reposition.

I don't understand the zombie phase keep moving and test the position so does it go in a sort of sequence? For the 2nd 3rd number how do we know which number?
the numbers are hidden, 3 person are assigned 3 hidden numbers, when you get into the correct position the blue light will appear indicating you're in correct position. 1 = closest to boss, 2 = mid , 3 = farthest
he does 3 checks on the positions...you'll see a lightning bolt strike. If its red your in the wrong position. If its yellow your correct and will go blue. You have to have it correct for the last check.

It’s easier to stand in a line most people don’t understand it , so put it in a line thing will go smoother

Just group up in the middle while the tank cast Bastion, then spread back out
