For me when it comes to most interesting and different kind of Character, I say Trevor is the most interesting and a breath of fresh air compare to the typical "Though Guy who wants to make it as criminal" same with Michael, both Trevor and Michael were something new to the GTA franchise, but I do like Trevor more for his Loyalty and his Crazyness.

In physics tests (Running, Jumping, Ladders, Swimming) Franklin in better cuz he's younger so he has more energy, right?
Franklin has better endurance likely from base value which has a story reason if you switch to him a event is him doing pull ups which I don't know if he has a fast punch speed or not which doesn't make sense but there could be more events I haven't encountered. The pull ups does have meaning since his strength level ja better than Michael from the start of the game. So increasing means he the best at running for longer periods of time . I think trevor hits the hardest from base damage value which makes sense do to has experience with physical violence. Franklin should have throw fast with his fist but the same damage value like Michael( I don't know if there different) so he would beat trevor or Michael in a fist fight because of speed of punch but trevor has the hardest punch with a fast rate than Michael but needs to really on dodging in a fist fight against Franklin. Franklin will should have a fast dodge but trevor Is only slightly slower than him. Michael should had the slowest punch, same damage like Franklin, slowest dodge and that it. Maybe running speed and trevor is 2nd in running speed.
Edit: Franklin I think has better stamina and speed because he does or had done sprint training. In a mission where Franklin, chop, and Lamar go kidnapped an og D a member of a the ballers. After raming a wood planks for chop to chase D Franklin says some thing on the line it like sprint training
