- While the stereo in the Holden VE Commodore is a nice integrated unit, it is rather difficult to modify the factory unit or to add bass. In this video I show you what I have done to add a bass speaker to the system, albeit in a dodgy way. :P
My Sportwagon just keeps on pluging along and even though we're thinking of trading out one of them, this one here shows no sign of letting up, let's hope it stays that way for a little while longer.

Hi, have you figured out how to use the Bluetooth yet? I have the same car and when I press the ‘phone’ button on the steering wheel nothing happens. I’m not sure how it’s meant to work. Can you please help?
Some cars, only some, had the Bluetooth module for phone only in this model. May have been an option or something. One of ours had it, the other did not, but both had the steering wheel button.

I have a 2006 omega commodore and I have one of the Bluetooth transmitters but the sound doesn’t go high at all, I’ve tried with aux cord as well. How do I make the volume louder?
Could be the phone? Try a friend’s phone ?

Yeah I remember this. Some of the head units I believe had an RCA out, but not all. That’s my best guess.

I have a Holden commodore omega 2010. do you think the Holden commodore will sound good with subs. Just asking because the boot of the car will be closed and blocked off. Just a curious question. I don’t even know if I explained it properly lol but will it sound good with subs?
Lol, it all depends on the angles! You’ll have to experiment 👌. The sport wagon worked best when it was rearward facing, must have bounced off the rear window just right. 😂😂😂
