Namma Adige, A kannada Cooking Channel, Receipes in kannada#Sambhar#Templestylesambhar#Saaru, Todaay's video is based on how to prepare temple style sambhar, In southern parts of india, in afternoon they will serve food that dal rice or sambhar rice which will be of great taste, So today I will be showing similar to that receipe, not much ingredients are used simple,easy to prepare, yet easiest receipe good combination with rice, you can use receipe for idli and dosa also.
PreparationTime:10 Mins including cooking of tur dal
Cooking Time: 15 Mins
Ingredients
Cooked Tur Dal 100gms (soaked for half an hour
3 Whistles)
1 Big tomoto
drum stick
bottle gourd
aloo or any other veggies which you like
Tamarind
jaggery
salt
jaggery
For Tempering
oil
mustard seeds
hing
REd chillies
Curry leaves
