I have a refurbished 2013 Precedent and would like a softer ride. Will replacing the shocks do that?

How do you know if your shocks need to be replaced?

99% of the time they will be leaking fluid.

Hope this doent sound silly but question....do these shocks wear out by age because my ezgo TXT is a 1999 and it still rides great...no leaks, no issues. Should I replace them, wondering if newer shock technology would give even a better ride.
    Thank you in advance

No silly question here! The shocks on Club Cars and EZGO's only cushion the ride due to a single leaf spring suspension. Therefore, if it isn't leaking don't worry about it. Actually, if you install heavy duty springs, you don't even need the shocks anymore!

Plus fleet carts have a lot of wear and tear. I know when I rented a cart for 18 holes, I didn't care what I drove it through or over. I have to do Heavy Springs and Shocks for one of my 2000 EZ-GO TXT. I wonder where I can purchase a kit at?
