As well respected as coach is and was , im sure Hokies have pissed off plenty if coaches who said that and worse abt him. Especially cavaqueers for what 16 years straight. Wudve loved to see Foster knockout kiffin.
The thing about that situation is I always thought Marcus was jumped on too much about it. He was reacting to dumerville trying to break his ankle in that pile or twisting his ankle. It was plain as day what happened. Marcus simply got up and showed him I can hurt you right now and will defend myself. Marcus played a really good game and led VT to one of their biggest wins that day.
Never heard of this Roberts dude, but he sure doesn't spin a yarn very well. Story could have been told in about 30 seconds, I'm guessing he's a writer of some sort. Whew, 5 entire minutes I'll never get back for a very lackluster tale.
This is so good! Bring us some shorts of former players and coaches stories!
I like these shorter videos....very easy to watch since they don't take much time.
Kiffen against Bud, I would give you my house for a 5 second seat at ringside of that destruction of a entire person’s identity

That would've been epic, Bud would've ended him

Marcus Vick was a punk, and Dumervil got the last laugh and a pro career
