This is one much needed because here where I live in the dark UK there is no one and nowhere that espouses free grace 😢

I am UK too, it's very dark here. I have been hunting for a church but I just keep on getting backloaded works gospels. Usually, I see the statement of faith and if it's frontloaded then I avoid. If they say by grace alone through faith alone, I give them a chance in person. Recently I went to a baptist church that of course said you WILL work after salvation which was a disappointment.
@J_SavedbyGrace_Eph28 what I have found is that some people amhave conflicted theologies, they may say one thing but truly believe something else. Hoping you can find a good local body. Until then, there's a ton of great FG content on RUclips from great speakers and pastors.
From a former Catholic. Got saved in my mid 30s. Problem with just reading verses I'd that both can get too much in their own egos. Print out the letter without chapters and verses. Read it many many times. From begging to end. Both camps are right and both camps are wrong.
I don't see where there is biblical reference to LOSS of rewards. There are rewards for your works, but how do you lose what you didn't earn? I think everyone will receive much more grace than they expect, so nobody will "cry" about it.
Free Grace theology tends towards you are saved, all rules in NT are afterthought, so atonement is already done. But atonement is promised at baptism for faith.

It seems to me that being a free gracer and a Baptist is contradictory. But, I don't know.
I am baptist and FG, so there is no contradiction. I know many others who are baptist and even SBC.
