Sorry I’m confused about the lady who has a house worth 900k and that she is not wealthy. Couldn’t she downsize quite easily? I’m a bit lost what her complaint was
Soaring house prices is your fault because you go on holiday and drink too much coffee. It’s not her fault she bought her council house for £10000 with 15% interest that she paid off in five years, it’s your fault that you now buy your same house for £400,000 at 8.5% interest that you pay off over 30 years.
On the Scottish caller asking about why Westminster doesn't allow Scotland to be more financially independent, if you knew the history behind why the Union happened that question would be answered XD
You pay to see a dentist, yet people object to paying to see a doctor on the NHS! This is madness especially when one sees people paying lots of money to get their nails and hair cuts. We really ought to pay for an appointment to see a doctor and also for prescriptions. Unless of course it is a genuine emergency. It is desperate, the sad state our NHS is in.
Most of the other presenters look like they're listening. Then there's Braverman who looked like the caller was as irritating as voters who might ask her to work for them.

Pat is right we paid 15% on the mortgage and on the breadline for years no TV telephone or food , hand to mouth what was the point when we could have lived on benefits instead.?
