I have a question- what's the work environment there like? and what do you think your learning growth is like there? and do you work on frontend technologies there as you mentioned you were asked react in your interview or is it backend?
Work-Life Balance is outstanding, but imo learning growth in startups is faster than here! Yes, I was given Frontend role there, so mainly had to work with Typescript, React, Jest etc.
