At the waters edge just below the Lighthouse you’ll see the concrete blockhouse bunker that fell out of the cliff due to erosion. It has just been moved when new erosion stone has been put down.
I passed it last April and just kept going. I'm on about day 630 now. My goal is 758 days which is a long story how I came up with that number. I started this flying streak to try and raise awareness for kids fighting cancer since my friends son fought and recently had lost his brave battle. The 758 comes in from a 7 year old girl Abigail Rose Arias who battled Wilms Tumor and was made an honorary police officer by the Freeport Texas police department February 7, 2019. I followed her story on facebook. She was invited to many other police departments as NYC and even to the White House. She sadly lost her battle on November 5, 2019. She was full of life, energy and love and inspired so many to "stay relentless". Her badge number was 758 so I decided to make that my final goal. I will be traveling to Freeport Texas, trying to spread awareness for this cause along the way, as I do wherever I fly. And honor her memory by flying my final flying streak day there hopefully with her family and the police chief that made her dream of becoming a police come true by my side.
Nice place to fly Jeanne. I like the approach to the light house and how you perfectly transitioned to the circle flight. There are some edit techniques I have learned that I would love to share because you capture nice footage in your drone flight and you have an understanding of music. Let me know if you would like that.
Yes I appreciate and advice or learning how to do things in a better way. I use final cut and I wish I could edit more with the colors and shadows and exposures like I can do in Lightroom. I also just know the very basics of how to edit. So would appreciate your input
