Hi can u help me, I worked in Kuwait when I flew back from Kuwait to kochi after 1 hr in flight,big turbulence hit in flight every one inside flight crying bags fall down till it land in kochi it's like a bullokart nose goes up then down like that after that experience I cant fly I spent loat of money on taking tickets and changing dates when the day comes to fly I go to airport after body pass near to flight I self offloaded till I cant fly is their any couenceling or I have to make my mind set to fly till that nightmare their is no problem for me in fear of flying. When I try to fly eatch and every incidence In that flight came to my mind is their any possible way to overcome that please help if possible
Turbulence is very common when it comes to flying. No need to get scared of it. I understand your concern but the flight deck crew are capable and trained to deal with it. It was one of the rare incident which happened in your flight. Don't think every flight will be the same. Try to sleep, watch a movie, read a book to distract yourself from it. Fly safe.
If this help didn't work, next time show up early to departure and before boarding hit the bar and drink as if no tomorrow, then turbulence would be the one turbulent to itself instead of you.
