I think shaving the collar down a bit to make the neck a little thinner will make the head look a bit more proportional because the neck is thicker than the head right now :)

To connect the waste pieces maybe you could like glue a piece of clothe to the body and glue the other end of it onto the underside of the piece so it can still kinda get outta the way for articulation and can kinda swivel outward.
I just got the hasbro one cuz it’s cheaper and I like the scale better

It will be interesting to see what Funko does with figures since they got rights to create more Overwatch stuff this year. But my guess is that it will be a while before we see anything.
