Only 27k views... Why does nobody listen to this anymore, it was such a banger. I always whip it out at any opportunity and folks get hyped from the nostalgia because it's such an underrated forgotten song.

This is one of the most underrated Australian bands of all time! I still listen to all of their albums 20 odd years later and have just introduced them to my little boys. This song “the party train song” is their favourite! I love this music video so much ❤
The wife and I were tidying our DVD and CD collection yesterday afternoon and came across this Gerling album. I recalled the song but not the band. What a ripper of a tune
I too heard it (from the UK) on Rage after the NYE celebrations, memories came flooding back of nights out in Melbourne while on working holiday in 2001, it was probably the first time I heard it since 2001 too! Great video!
Pretty sure it isn't. I'm 99% sure this is Parliament Station in Victoria and that's a Comeng train. Edit: Changing it to 100% because he pulled out an old metcard.
@@mxmissy thanks. I always presumed because they were Sydney based+associated with Central Station records that it was filmed in Sydney. Thanks for the update!
@@timhorton698 No worries. Though I think it might actually be Flagstaff station. Honestly, Parliament and Flagstaff here look pretty much the same and they're almost untouched since this was filmed.
@@mxmissy you might be right about Flagstaff. I've checked online and the Flagstaff ceiling cladding matches the video. Parliament has different cladding 🙂
