Saw her performing at this location (Santa Monica's Third Street Promenade) today. She is so fantastic. I bought her CD and listened to it with admiration. Wish she will be become one of the greatest violinists in the world.
I think I am going to drive down to Santa Monica (from Canada) to be able to witness first hand this amazing artist! I can buy the cd and play it all the way back in sheer music luxury! Four days of driving seems like a small price to pay to watch first hand one of the future great and most in demand performers in the world. I would also want her to know firsthand that her artistry has touched me to my core!
Being a Professor of Fine Arts (though not directly music) and having interest in singing I have a 'Little' understanding of what good music is. After listening to the same music played by many players I can say that this 'Little' girl Karolina Protsenko has played it the best!!! She is a great Violin player in making. My best wishes to her.
I really feel like crying when I hear you play! And even more when people just walk by without stopping to listen! Their loss for sure! I love hearing Karolina play.
