Himawari wouldn't call Boruto traitor like that. In canon we see that she believes that something wrong about the situation. She didn't helped Boruto immediately because of kawaki
@CheesySama1 But that contradicts how she reacted to him in the manga when she saw him. I think that kinda OOC for her too. You need to remember that Himawari and everyone influenced by omnipotence thinks that Boruto is Kawaki. Himawari had spent some time with him and develop a bond which lead her to believe that he couldn't kill Naruto. Which is really ironic.
I actually see the logic in that since love plays a very big part of Boruto Two Blue vortex. Like Saradas Mangekyou, and how Eidas powers dont affect Sarada and Sumire. Hima is probably going to be able to realise soon

Lets take it Kawaki was never present he would not have to run away from his own village and lose his parents and loved ones. Besides Boruto isnt the only one who has suffered in this situation. Himawari has suffered by being lied to and being told that her parents have died. Sarada has been hurting as well for Boruto
@CheesySama1 yeah, everyone was hurting... but seeing more than that think, if kawaki never comes isshiki could take his body and be eating by the ten tails and then everyone would die, and if kawaki never make that boruto run away to his home he would never be so strong like is now and he will never know about the shinjus, the worst future and the all probabilities and im pretty sure that he couldn't even defeat code for his own and if he use his karma in that situation he could be taken for momoshiki so easy because even boruto say that he is dying slowing more if he use the karma and that's why he asked to kawaki to kill him if he lost the control... in short words, kawaki were saving everyone until if he have to do with pain
