i might be remembering wrong but i think sunggyu has really bad hayfever? and that day he had a throat infection from it and had to go to the ER to get a shot for it.
gyudetama Balqissuraya96 He's totally fine here physically, Woohyun was the one not in good condition since in Korea, his shoulder and his foot injury opened/returned, he even seated in a chair in their Busan Tour + he got cold that's why his ending-ment before going to Japan was "he's fine and reminded Inspirits not to get cold." But in total Infinite is not fine emotionally, Dongwoo's father died in the middle of the tour so Dongwoo needed to head home.
