I DESPISE being interrupted when I am deep into a problem or a mental task. This makes me difficult to live with. I know it . Taking the test (twice because I thought it was wrong the first time) has helped me accept myself rather than try to fit in by being someone I am not. I now don't feel guilty when I go off by myself for an hour or two. I no longer feel bad when I don't answer the phone because I don't want to talk to anyone. I wish I had taken the test 50 years ago. It would have made life a lot easier.

Heck yeah we are!!! I had a really fun INTJ moment last month with my INTJ friend (we’re both INTJ). He was trying to outsmart me with a strategy in this game that he pulled off against his ISFP girlfriend (the three of us were playing the game). So then the next round I knew he was trying this again on me. So I just one-upped him and pulled some moves that got me to beat him and used his strategy against him. His ISFP gf was happy to see me beat him at that and I told her it was revenge for him beating her like that the previous round. He’s not used to playing games like this with other INTJ’s who can outsmart the way he does

Sheesh I had an INTJ classmate who was so multi-talented and doesn't even need manuals to guide him to the class (and more other things outside academic) most of the time. At first I was skeptical about typing him as INTJ rather than INTP. But I realized he adapts to the sensory world far greater as an INTx (Se>Si) and he has certain goals, while sometimes he doesn't succeed since they were a bit out of his league, that mainly was financially. As an INTP, I admired him and a bit envious of his intellect and pursuits whenever I get news from him in our group chat, they praise him to be an overachiever. However, he doesn't look too happy all of the time, I guess that's pretty much the trade with this kind of intellect. His Ni is just extraordinary..

The person that is highly creative is mostly right brained and has a different kind of genius. he or she usually has a hard life because he or she is ahead of their time.

Otherwise, I rarely trust them, despite how much they trust themselves. To be clear, INTPs have many issues, too, like time management, and verbal articulation. That’s why it’s a good idea to appreciate varying intelligences across the types on projects.

As an INTP I don't think I am really intelligent. Take Sabine Hossenfelder for example, a youtuber and scientist, who I really adore a lot. She is really clever, more than I, focussed, clearly an INTJ. Nevertheless she made a video about MBTI, and declared it as pseudoscience, like astrology. I think most of us dislike this judgement, cause I at least can use MBTI better to think about what other think or feel.
The thing is, INTP are not necessarily clever but think with fun about what all could happen. That helped me much while investing, and it helped Einstein to start questioning, what differs an astronaut in space without gravity and me free falling from a roof. Answer is nothing. And this is the starting point of general relativity theory. If an clever INTJ can get this starting point, he could do better than Einstein, I would guess.
