My classic jersey/patch card collection from almost 3 decades of rips! Back when retail had hits lol

Most of these are hockey with a few random Sports and about a dozen basketball. The crazy thing is that all this stuff from simple sets was actually game worn and nowadays you can buy like $5,000 boxes of cards and the Jersey patches within aren't even guaranteed game worn!!!!
These are all my just Jersey cards no Autos in here. Another crazy thing is that most of these I ripped back when retail sets actually had memorabilia guaranteed in simple $20 blaster boxes and shit. On top of that a lot of these were got from those random plastic cases you would see like at Dunham's for 12 bucks that would come with random packs lol. Nowadays if you want to get a random pack container that can have memorabilia you got to pay hundreds of dollars, and yet I paid 12 bucks and got a thousand dollar 0506 Young Guns Ovechkin back in the day!!!
I'm 37 I guess I'm not that old but I definitely miss the old days and looking through all of these that makes me realize how good we really had it back then. You got to spend hundreds to thousands of dollars to legitimately get good game worn cards now, we had it so good but the hobby just seems really difficult now and I just wish I had a time machine to go back and be able to get random stuff again cheap. But I will always have all these amazing pulls from many years of just being a casual collector!
