What helped me was this:
1) Studying 2-3 hours a day. This helped me increase my overall grade from a B- to A+.
2) Getting a good physique: self explanatory.
3) Participating in many school events: This helps a lot in popularity and sent me from a loner quiet kid to someone everyone knows.
4) Not being shy: this helped me become a part of several friend groups all because I approached them and started talking to them.

One thing I highly disagree with, is where it says "Hanging around with popular people raises your status". Yes this is true but in the end, hang around with the people you like, and not those you're told to hang out with.

1. FYI teeth whitening strips don't work
2. If you do use whitening strips, its recommended to use them 1x every week
3. And they don't last 6 months if you use them every day, crest gives you 10 pairs
They definitly work haha, maybe not as effectively as your local dentist using his whitenting techniques, but I think it‘s good to try it out, because they don‘t cost much.
I don‘t have much experience with them, but some friends do, and they have really white teeth. Anyways, just take a look at the product and look at how often you should apply them. (I came on 2x / day - daily, because most websites say that ) Even there one product page says you should apply them daily for 20-30 days. For step 10, Always be optimastic. How does it work with my temporary class monitoring jobs? I like the video overall but i have to disagree with the statement that hanging round with popular people will increase your status and make people respect you more. As a 17 year old most people my age just care about drinking, vaping and going out partying so the popular people are the people who do those things. I think you’re much better of doing what i do where i just have a small close circle of friends of which we all go to the gym religiously rather than going out partying.

Honestly it’s not a bad idea to do all of this stuff to make yourself look better and feel better but at the end of the day the truth is people are more focused on themselves then other people like this video is a great example of that, a lot of people are gonna spend time making them self look good and presentable but you spent all of this time thinking about yourself that I bet you didn’t realize your buddy is trying some new deodorant or that the girl you like is trying some new makeup.
