Hi Millisa! Sorry the bag came in thrown like that! I can’t believe the hang tag was missing but luckily you found it! My buff came from a casino 😅 so I was surprised it was intact at all. I’m wondering if when Coach puts these bags out for a sales price it’s because they are floor models or something. My dragonfruit on the other hand was all wrapped nicely and pristine. Just some food for thought. Thank you for the shout out! I’m a little late but I didn’t get the notice!! I’m glad you got the purple! It’s gorgeous and not the same bag it’s a different style! I love Devils Wears Prada too! 😅😊💜💜💜💜

I purchased a Cassie from Dillards and the hang tag was missing. I called to see if they could send it to me. I was told I'd have to do a return, send the current bag back and re-order the it. why chance it? The next bag might come without the hang tag!
