It is not just that Jimin has a beautiful voice and a great stage presence, he transmits emotion and passion in his singing, I feel it in my heart and my guts even if I dont understand what he is saying. He has made me smile, laugh and cry and that's for me the definition of a great performer. That's my bias.

Actually, Jimin still dresses like that when he is casual...very basic tee, cap/hat, jeans. He buys nice outfits for when he plans to go before the cameras for ARMY, like a Vlive. And when BTS does MVs, red carpets, photo shoots, then the stylists comes up with their hair, make-up and clothing concepts. 💜

@@jiminjungkookmin I don't think he was saying anything about "older Jimin"(I know a lot of people still do; just like the ones who want Jimin's body with abs back) and I agree with you there. I truly love where Jimin is physically and mentally rn; because he came out about his body images issues and extreme diets to keep that "manly" body that he thought he should have, and that's what people(especially army) expected out of him. Jimin to me over all this time has never had a bad look. My favorite look(s) is when I knew his mental state was clear from his body image pressure. Honestly from what I saw; Parker wasn't doing any of that. He simply said the "schoolboy" leatherman jacket was a cute look on him, and would like to see him in something that cute again. He didn't mean it in any other kind of way. You can't take words so literal. Maybe he just even doesn't know the struggles that any of the members went through over all these years. So, just educate instead of tearing down what he says. He obviously really likes and cares for the members; so chill. Nothing but love over here🥰

He has solos... But I see a lot of people loading pressure on the boys saying they want more solos or whatever. I only say this because Jimin is literally in charge of music management on theur upcoming self produced album. Project manager. He's written for 3 songs to be considered for the album. It's insane how much that boy has grown. JHope said it recently... I'll always appreciate the members who managed to learn how to create music while still under an exhausting schedule. Jimin especially used so much time and effort into honing his dance skills and his voice, that he has actively expanded the songwriter/producer side in him is amazing. But a lot of the people who want more solo stuff from him make me uncomfortable because it feels they don't think of him as human. He needs to _make_ the song first, right? He has to _want_ to make a solo song. It's fine, and I always love to see Jimin shine in a piece entirely for himself, but trust Jimin with his own decisions and choices. He's not some Britney Spears to take hit songs some producer team crafts and become the prince of pop or whatever. He's always been sincerity first, sincerity second, sincerity third.
Even if he has only 4 solo songs he is the highest streamed artist out of bts in spotify with more. than 320 million streams, his song promise has more than 200 million streams on SoundCloud and he is the only one whose song filter entered all 3 charts, Canadian, us and uk, people will eat off all the content that jimin gives

Thank you for the reaction! I don't think jimin is known solely as a dancer haha. While his dancing is incredible, a lot of people admire him for his voice and vocal abilities as well. Jimin's voice is usually the one reactors and the general public often notice/ fall in love with initially. Especially in recent years because he's honed the sound of it to sound extremely sweet, "angelic" almost (Dream Glow, Filter, Louder than bombs etc). He's also the "lead vocalist" of BTS, second only to the main vocalist which is jungkook :)

If you don't know jimin is the lead vocalist of the bts, king of highnotes if you watched bts best vocals compliation almost all highnotes are taken by jimin & jungkook it's like jikook vocals completion specially jimin get the most of the crazy high note & fulsetos. Since jimin is main dancer dancing side is obviously overshadowing his singing but he is one of the greatest vocalist.

Jimin is a Counter Tenor, Jungkook is a Lyric Tenor, Jin is a 2nd level tenor, while the rest (V and rapline) are baritone. Jimin is most frequent user of falsetto. Jimin & JK & V though can sing both low and high notes.

Jimin's vocals are out of this world. Some people think BTS lip sync. If you can't hear Jimin getting a big breath in before his next part I think that would be hard to say with his vocals. That's awesome your bias is Jimin. My bias is J Hope. Oh one more thing you should try singing BTS songs on Smule. You get first hand how hard all the singing and rapping is for the guys. Can you please start using Smule. :)
jimin is known for his vocals and army talk about his voice all the time. also he isn’t just pretty good he’s incredible and all you ever do is compliment how he looks and it really bugs me
He said man times through the video about his voice being good, and him liking his vocals though?? He even said at least a couple times that Jimin should get/have more solos? That, and in his other videos he does not just talk mainly about his looks. He's always been super impressed by his dancing, that and he finds his personality adorable. You don't get to just dictate how someone else fanboys/fangirls over anybody. If you have a problem with him and they way he reacts to stuff, then just don't watch his reaction videos? Not trying to be mean, but I thought I'd say something on Parker's behalf cause I really enjoy his reaction videos, and I don't want the possibility of that being spoiled.

Jimin is a beautiful vocalist. He had to learn to be confident of his vocals but he is a very talented and capable singer. His tone is so beautiful and lends very well to harmonizing with the other members of vocal line. BTS vocal line is very strong and worthy of respect. All four young men are worthy of the praise heaped on them. I'm glad Big Hit let's them shine. Jimin has four solo projects: lie, promise, serendipity and now filter. He also has lent his talent to several subunits, most recently with Lauv and Kookie, as you know.

Thanks for reacting DT, in any fandom there can be some extremes and when a fandom gets bigger .. it can get complicated. It’s a personal preference to whom we like , don’t feel obligated.
I personally like Jimin’s voice range and color. His song promise..it’s comforting , like an evening breeze by the beach.

Jimin has no vocal training before joining BTS yet he was impressive and skilled enough to get position of Lead Vocalist. His vocals are unique and it adds more colour and flavour in their songs. Namjoon and Yoongi always praises him for that. There are so many dance covers and singing his solos too but NO ONE can sing like he does. His voice is just....so Jimin...unique!

Mr. Parker! I do agree with you & so does RM & Suga. Our Jimin has so much potential(so does other BTS members) but at the moment he is only focus on performing with BTS members rather then doing something by himself. Jimin has been always extremely loyal especially towards BTS members. In the past He said “I always want to do my best so I can be of some help to our group’s successes but I do not want to stand out. I am very proud & happy to be a part of our BTS & I hope we can perform together for a long long time. Of course I do still show my own styles & colors through our performances.” Also during the interviews when they were asked who they want to collaborate with or who is their favorite musicians, Jimin would names their BTS members or whole BTS. Even the recent 2020 BTS festa Jimin’s only wish is that they could be like this, healthy & happy to perform together as long as they could with their Army. As you have noticed among the Army, there are some fans who are only supporting their own bias member or members & they are causing a lot of problems including fighting each other, attacking U-tubers & presses, making up the false stories & informations. I think Jimin & BTS members knows about it, so they are being careful especially Jimin. It’s because Jimin is receiving more attentions from fans & media lately & some of those solo stand fans are not happy, so they are acting out the wrong ways. It makes most of the Good Army, who do support all 7 members very upset. I know it is really stupid but that has been going on for quite a while.

Regarding solo jimin tracks yes at the moment he only has Serendipity, Lie, Filter and Promise out but I don't think it's from lack of offers haha. A lot of famous Korean and intentional singers have expressed interest in working with him publicly. I think it's either just due to company policies or because of him being busy that he hasn't been able to work on projects outside of BTS just yet. Hopefully that changes soon :)

Jimin has the position of "lead vocalist" on BTS, and he is generally in charge of the highest notes in the group. His vocal tone is very beautiful and unique, I think that no one sounds like Jimin, his voice is easy to distinguish, it is a mix between angelic and sexy. His acapella voice is really relaxing.
I personally think that "solos" of Jimin are the most versatile, "Lie", "Serendipity", "Promise" and "Filter" are completely different. I think you haven't heard his voice very well through the videos. I recommend listening to "Danger" (it is strange, but especially in this song his voice bears a great resemblance to MJ's, several people have noticed this too), "Lights", "Dream Glow" and "Perfect man" , you will notice the different tones of his voice.
Something that I really like about BTS is that their vocalists have different tones of voice, I think that makes them stand out more as a group. Jimin is a countertenor, JK and Jin are tenors, and Tae is a baritone.

You forgot FILTER, from the Map of the Soul: 7, & Promise released on soundcloud. They can't put more than 1 solo song for each member per album, so it's up to Jimin's wishes, whether HE wanna release more of his own songs. I can't speak for him of c but I think he'd like to, but he's still learning, like several other members, so give our boy some time 😊

The last, Letterman jacket Jimin, was actually the concert and song where the Purple Wave project started. As well as Tae Tae's "I Purple you." 💜
The ARMY actually took it upon themselves and somehow secretively, like at every concert, distributed and used purple bags put over their ARMY Bombs to surprise the members.
More recently somehow some very special ARMYs print out & secretively (either leaving them at every seat or handing them out when you enter, etc.) distribute signs (approx. 8'×18'?) to the entire crowd. When the Jumbotrons flashes ARMY TIME that is the cue to hold up the signs that have a special message for the members. The messages are different at every concert this is done at. At one concert, not long ago, ARMY even sang a song to BTS in Korean. This happened at a Chicago concert. So Korean was not the native language to Many of the audience. Some of the members, ehem JK, were so touched they even cried.
Can anyone tell me do the special ARMY Time moments and signs, etc. happen at EVERY concert around the world?
With our beautiful loving supportive ARMY Fam I wouldn't be surprised by anything positive done.

There was one song in this compilation that either u don't recognize or you haven't heard it yet. It one of my favorites from the guys. It was actually the second to last song they showed. It's called "Ma City". If you haven't listened to yet, please do yourself a favor and do. If you have, than I'm glad you found it.

Lie, Serendipity, Promise, Filter, those are HIS songs. Jimin showed with Promise that he is VERY dedicated to what he puts out and how much of himself he will put into his work. I'm sure we'll see even more of his own work in the future, but he is also very much dedicated to his work within the group, all the members are. His work isn't just singing singles, he wrote and produced Friends and has provided the melody to several songs. His focus right now though is being Project Manager for their next full album, everyone in the group is taking on a large role in order to try and push out a product that is nearly 100% done by them. Be ever mindful of "Solo Stan" culture. And with that I leave you with: 👏GCF👏PLEASE👏
I don’t know why people don’t talk about his voice more, it was the first voice I could distinguish from the others in the vocal line. I love am amazed that he can hit the notes he does and dance as intensely as he does.
I don’t know what you mean by “people don’t talk about his voice more”. Go to the color coded videos, comment sections always flooded with people praising his voice. I think it’s time to stop complaining about things like this. I literally see every freaking solo stan complaining about their bias not getting enough attention. I mean “WTF???” Sorry for my language. I just have to let it out. This doesn’t only happen with Jimin, but everyone.
