The house is beautiful, the views are spectacular. The only downside I see is the wind must blow quite hard at such an elevation with no protection.

I am no expert on how to do these videos but have been watching them for years. I think it’s the wrong approach to spend most of the video showing the interior of the house. Most people want to see nature and what the property has. That’s what sells. Someone that can afford this place can make any financial changes they want or even build a new home.
