Russia - Alexander Lebed press conference

Russian security chief Alexander Lebed called on Friday (16/8)
blamed the country's Interior Ministry for the heavy losses in
Chechnya and demanded that the interior minister resign.
Speaking at a press conference in Moscow, Lebed said interior
minister Anatoly Kulikov had refused to obey his orders and had
even sent his agents to spy on Lebed.
