I've enabled Skyscrapers and Underwater Cities in the BetterDungeons mod pack (included in the Hexxit pack), and fixed an issue I was having getting Nether Cities to spawn (it works now).
I am not distributing this collection of mods. I have listed and provided links to all mods used in this series at the bottom of this description.
