Porcupine Tree is one of my favorite bands from the last 20 years, I love all their albums, maybe the first one "On the Sunday of Life..." are the most weak to me on their catalogue, but it's nice and experimental like all other albums from 1992-'98.
I like a lot Steven Wilson's solo albums, maybe "The Future Bites" is the one that divides all fans. I like his other projects like No-Man, Blackfield, I.E.M., Bass Communion, Continuum, Storm Corrosion and his collaborations with ex Japan members Mick Karn, Steve Jansen & Richard Barbieri on the band JBK, O.S.I., Opeth, Jordan Rudess (Dream Theater, Liquid Tension Experiment, Dixie Dregs) and Steve Hackett (Genesis, GTR).

Glad to hear someone listening to Steven. I’ve been a fan since signify in around 1995. Or so. I’ve done some shows on him and showed my lp’s and videos and 45s. I will be showing my huge collection soon. Glad your onboard.

'Stupid Dream' is an incredible album Larry, and one of my favourites from PT! Wait till you hear 'Even Less' and 'Don't Hate Me' 👌💯 'To The Bone' is a fantastic record too. The last time I met Steven (in 2017) I got my vinyl copy signed of To The Bone!
'Lightbulb Sun' is another great record and includes one of my favourite PT songs 'The Rest Will Flow'.
'Deadwing' is a superb album and really takes you on a journey... you'll be hooked from the first track!
'Grace For Drowning' is not one of my favourite SW solo albums but I've got a fondness for quite a few of the tracks and again it takes you on an incredible journey! I actually saw SW for the first time on the Grace tour back in 2011! 😊

Hi Larry, another long time watcher but first time commenter on a video. Not sure if you remember but I recommended porcupine tree/Steven Wilson a while back on one of your streams so I’m glad you are giving them a go. My favourite solo album (with my favourite solo regret 9#) is hand cannot erase and favourite porcupine tree album is fear of a blank planet but they’re all great. Thanks for the vidoes over the years.

All of these are great. Love to the bone as it was kind of a transition sounding albums. Stupid dream, lightbulb sun are pretty similar to me and both very good. And deadwing is one of the all time best. Enjoy and great video👍

Hi Larry sorry I missed this. A massive PT And SW fan . Cannot wait to get the new one. It sounds outstanding. My budget doesn't allow most of the ones you showed. Building it slowly but surely.. One day.

I love Porcupine Tree and Steven Wilson and have collected all their albums (except SW's latest album that I never got into). PT is also an amazing live band. On Bandcamp they have made various exclusive live albums available for download (good stuff and generally well recorded). As you're a SW fan you might also want to check out Blackfield and No-Man (two of SW's many side projects). No-Man's latest album Love You To Bits is excellent.

Awesome albums by both Steven Wilson and Porcupine Tree. An amazing artist and band . I need to get some more of both. Love all the remastering he has done with other bands. Great packaging as well on those cds. I love the ones I have The Future Bites, Hand.Cannot.Erase, In Absentia and Deadwing. Enjoy the listen my friend

Ive been a huge PT and SW fan for years! All of the PT albums are brilliant if you ask me, Fear of a Blank Planet anf Stupid Dream esepcially! Ive had the honour of seeing Steven live at the Royal Albert Hall (Which was recorded for the Home Invasion live release) and also managed to bag myself tickets for their one off London show next year

The only ones I don't have from all yours are Stupid Dream and Insurgents....just ordered Grace For Drowning too🤓....will get Insurgents next..... To The Bone is good. Lightbulb Sun is indeed ace...Deadwing has yet to grow on me.... Oh the new Porcupine Tree single released recently is fantastic. The drumming....omg!!!

Stupid dream is amazing of course, made back in 1999. Even Less is probably my favourite off the album. Lightbulb Sun is just as good and came out the following year in 2000. These too albums are very melodic and have many acoustic sounds. Shesmovedon is the standout.
Deadwing brings in the more heavier PT as its the album before their masterpiece Fear of a Blank planet. Off Deadwing you will find Arriving somewhere but not here which is one of the greatest rock Ballard's you could ever hear. Enjoy 😊

To the bone is pretty good but not so much as the previous (Raven and Hand cannot erase). My favorites PT are: 1.Fear f a blank planet, 2. In Absentia, 3. Deadwing, 4. The Sky moves sideways, 5. Up to the downstairs, 6. Stupid dream, 7. The Incident and 8. Signify (I don't own Light bulb sun)., Have fun
