@Kon Tiki the Kangina food preserver used for grapes is made from mud and straw. Baked in the sun in two halves, when dry the grapes are placed inside and the two halves are joined and then sealed together with fresh mud.
@@pipfox7834 thx. for the reply. Can. you also tell me what the boiling solution that is used to immerse grapes before putting them in Kangina? (i saw some videos where they dunk the grapes in some boiling solution and take it out right away).

that grape had its skin slightly wrinkled, i guess this process slows down drying of moisture from fruit, but i have my doubts about how effective it is (may be 10-20%)

چی یک طریقه بی جا برای نگهداری میوه، البته مردم ما هنوز هم در هزارها سال پیش زندگی می‌کنند، ولی میوه و غذا باید در یخچال سرد و بر مدت معین نگهداری شود تا اینکه قابل مصرف باشد. نه در بین قالب گلی😏😏 خراب می‌شود و باعث مریضی می‌شود.
