Street food in Uzbekistan - In this video, I will take you on a street food adventure in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, to try the best Uzbek food in the city, to visit a mega kitchen where they cook 3000kg of Plov in one Qozon.
To start our street food tour of Tashkent, Uzbekistan, we visited a mega kitchen where they cook 3000kg of Plov in one Qozon. This is the definition of Uzbekistan mega kitchen.
To continue our street food tour of Tashkent, Uzbekistan, we went to try the most unique Samsa, Kosa Somsa.
Moving on with our street food tour of Tashkent, Uzbekistan, we went to eat some Uzbek national food like Haleem, Norin, Gumma, and a delicious lamb soup that will make your mouth water.
After that, we went for some tasty local freshwater fish accompanied by a unique homemade tomato sauce.
To end our street food tour of Tashkent, Uzbekistan, we went to a local family-run restaurant for some of the best kebabs I've ever had.

Oh my gosh, where do we even begin! We can't believe how incredible all the food in this video is, each dish you had we kept thinking, ok this is the one, it can't get any better than this, and it just kept getting better :D The meat in Uzbek looks insane, so juicy and tender, and the bread so fresh. The pilav looked so good and the kebabs at the end! Interesting how much horse meat they eat as well, that's definitely something we want to try. Secara tampilan, Uzbek Plov ini antara Nasi Goreng dan Nasi Kuning tapi pake condiment wortel, bawang bombay, kismis dan daging domba. Sebenernya banyak juga sajian nasi berbumbu selain Nasi Kuning, Nasi Goreng, Nasi Uduk, Uzbek Plov kyk Spanish Paella misalnya. Apalagi Roti yang di panggang pake metode tradisional kayak gitu, pasti lebih fresh.

Quite meat heavy la cucina usbequincanesa. We in Switzerland eat horse meat, too. It is very good and healthy. When I was young there were quite a few butcheries specializing in horse meat. It isn't a la moda anymore but you can still buy it.
